Booking information
To book your dates as quickly as possible.. Check availability and price on this page, (please press your browser refresh button). Download our booking form (PDF), print, complete and return with the cheque for the deposit. Anyone booking should also read our terms and conditions here or you can get a copy (PDF). |

To make a booking and to reserve the dates you require, please contact Baiter Park Lettings now.
Bookings are Saturday (3pm arrive) through Saturday (10am depart) unless previously agreed.
All bookings require the receipt of a completed booking form and a deposit (25% of accommodation charge plus £100 security deposit). Full payment is due at least 8 weeks prior to the booking start date.
Any booking made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date requires accommodation cost and security deposit in full, upon booking.
However short a booking, administration and cleaning still apply, therefore our minimum booking charge is £150 plus £100 security deposit.
We (Baiter Park Lettings) are a mere 5 minute drive from the property and have always prided ourselves on being able to react to any situation or problem that may arise quickly and efficiently.
We now accept online banking payments, please ask for details when booking. Sorry, no credit card facility.
